I especially like the latest features implemented: AI summary, self-service for organization managers, download function, daily digest, flags board, features that are fast implemented in response to users needs and suggestions. The Hermix team is always very helpful and agile in supporting our business, they are open to feedback and offer a quick turnaround when it comes to implementing new features on request.
