We also had swift replies on our emails, and they found affordable solutions for my needs, such as scheduling, payroll, and having a clock in system. Cons: I disliked how often we had to have meetings, I think it's easier for me to set one or two days aside to cover the whole app, instead of short meetings where I have to assist once a week as someone with a lot on their plate. Exports hours easily to our payroll provider. Automatically tracks, deducts, and reloads PTO on employee's anniversary date by employee classification. Cons: I would like the fields to be wider in employee information tab so I can see all the info better. Reasons for choosing TimeForge Far more features and PTO tracking capabilities. Ability to use any payroll provider I want so if I choose to switch payroll providers, my employees don't even notice, they continue to use Timeforge. It's just a great company to work with. He was attentive to our needs and pleasant to work with. He always had an answer for us promptly. We currently have a number of vendors that we are working with, and TimeForge is by far the best. The interface is easy to use and the app fits in with the evolution of scheduling. It does not require a great deal of explanation and is well received. The option to swap shifts is very convenient. Cons: No integration with our sales program, so some options are rendered useless. No Quickbooks export file Reasons for switching to TimeForge Features of Time Forge were superior to most products. They also have an API that has been extremely helpful. The support team at TimeForge is top notch and readily available to assist with any problems we face. They also have multiple methods of clocking in and out, which I underrated at first. During implementation, we decided to use the computer timeclock at one location. Setting it up and using it was very easy. Cons: Not necessarily a con, but sometimes the customizability can be a little overwhelming.
