Additionally, the fact that Performio is able to present a breakdown of New Business/Upgrade revenue and Renewals revenue neatly is a great help.

The software seems a bit limited when working from your phone.

I like quick turnaround for customer support. Since I am new to Incent and am configuring and administering plans, I often have questions.

It has been a hard effort to build and maintain the system. We used Express before which was preintegrated with SFDC.

Lack of audit around draws (you can't see who last touched/uploaded a draw), draws aren't tied to a person (currently tied to a position), and having to upload a null for people, positions, and quota.

The reporting functionality out of the tool is cumbersome. As an administrator you have no control over the relationships between tables, and at times cannot use multiple tables together.

Integrated with Salesforce as well and good source of a central commissioning tool.

Love knowing exactly what my commission will look like and how close I am to reaching my goals.

Unfortunately, there is period where everything is wrong with comission section but I don't know if it is due to our company or Xactly.

Time to deploy new SOW and also the price for new SOW is very costly.

We only receive the email to review approx. 4 times a year and once the window closes, the information is no longer available.

You are forced to cut and paste orders between the two solutions. We have SSO so you should be able to link back to the system of origin record from Xactly.

The value is the main seller for it's price point. It's fairly easy to use and does the job.
