### A Reliable CRM for Managing Leads and Customer Relationships

Overall, my experience with Zoho CRM has been quite positive. I mainly like it because it helps keep customer information, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities organised in one place. The system offers a good range of features for managing the sales process, and the customisation options make it possible to adapt the CRM to different business requirements.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

What I liked most about Zoho CRM is that it keeps all customer information, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in one place. It is fairly easy to use once you get familiar with the system, and there are a lot of options to customise it according to your business needs. The automation and reporting features are also useful for keeping track of leads and making sure follow-ups don't get missed.

#### Cons

The main downside for me is that it can feel a little overwhelming when you first start using it. There are so many features and settings that it takes some time to understand everything. Some customizations and advanced features could also be easier to set up, especially for someone who isn't very technical.

### Flexible Business Platform with Plenty of Capability

Overall, my experience with Zoho has been positive. It's a flexible platform that offers a wide range of business functionality and can support a variety of teams and processes without needing multiple disconnected systems. From a SaaS and SDR perspective, it provides good visibility into customer information, activities, and workflows while remaining relatively easy to use once you're familiar with the platform. The feature set is probably its biggest strength. There's a lot of capability available, particularly for businesses looking to automate processes and centralise information. The platform isn't perfect—some workflows could be more streamlined, and the interface can occasionally feel a little busy—but overall it's a capable and reliable solution. I wasn't involved in procurement or administration, so I can't comment too deeply on customer support or the commercial side of the platform. From an end-user perspective though, it delivered what I needed and provided a good balance between functionality and usability.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Zoho offers a broad range of functionality and does a good job of bringing different business processes together in one ecosystem. From my experience, the biggest strengths were the range of features available and the flexibility of the platform. Whether it's CRM, reporting, workflows, automation, or customer management, there's generally a solution within the Zoho suite for what you're trying to achieve. The user interface is reasonably clean and easy to navigate once you're familiar with it. It doesn't take long to get comfortable with the basics, and most day-to-day tasks are straightforward. Access and connectivity were also strong. Being cloud-based made it easy to access information from anywhere, and it integrated reasonably well with other business systems. For teams looking to centralise information and improve collaboration, the platform offers plenty of functionality without needing multiple standalone tools. From a value for money perspective, Zoho appears to offer a lot of capability relative to many larger platforms, particularly for growing businesses looking to scale without significant software costs.

#### Cons

The biggest challenge is that the platform can sometimes feel like it's trying to do a lot of things at once. While the interface is generally good, certain areas can feel a little inconsistent, and some workflows aren't always as intuitive as they could be. You occasionally find yourself clicking through multiple screens to complete relatively simple tasks. Because of the number of features available, there can also be a learning curve for new users, particularly if they're not familiar with CRM or business management systems. I've experienced a few minor bugs and quirks over time, but nothing significant enough to impact day-to-day use. Customer support isn't something I've had much direct involvement with, so I can't comment too heavily there.

### An affordable Saas CRM for your sales pipeline

Zoho CRM is an inexepensive CRM system that does the job well for certain things, and we use it for our sales pipeline tracking; it's good for lead tracking.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

After using it for a few years now, Zoho is a good, simple, internet based CRM that does the job well for our sales-pipeline tracking.

#### Cons

I am not loving that it is still a SAAS system, where you pay monthly, basically renting the software in perpetuity. We will be scaling back on it as we build our own in-house version for the sales-pipeline.

### It's a decent CRM for tracking deals, though the mobile app is pretty clunky.

It does what we need for managing our sales pipeline and client database without the enterprise price tag. Setting it up took a bit of trial and error to get the fields just right for real estate, honestly. It's not perfect by any means, but it’s really helped us stay organized as we've grown from just me into a small team tracking multiple deals at once.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

The pipeline view is a lifesaver, I can see exactly where every deal stands without having to dig through messy spreadsheets. Custom fields are great, too, since they let me track commission splits and referral sources exactly how I need them. The email integration works well enough that I’m not constantly logging client conversations twice, which is a huge time-saver. Overall, the reporting covers what I need for my weekly forecasts, and honestly, the price point just made sense when we finally switched over from our old system.

#### Cons

The mobile app is really frustrating when I'm out showing properties and need to update deal stages on the fly. Setting up simple tasks with workflow automation takes way more clicks than it actually needs to. Plus, the search feature sometimes just won't pull up contacts I know are in there, it’s a waste of time when I'm standing right there with a client.

Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience with Zoho CRM. It’s easy to keep track of leads, customers, and day-to-day tasks, and there are plenty of features to make things more efficient. I also like how customizable it is without feeling too complicated once you get familiar with it. The automation tools have been especially helpful for saving time. There’s definitely a bit of a learning curve, but overall, Zoho CRM has made managing our customer relationships much easier and more organized. I’d happily recommend it to other teams looking for a solid CRM.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Zoho CRM has been a fantastic addition to our workflow. It’s easy to use, packed with useful features, and does a great job keeping everything organized in one place. I especially like how customizable it is, so you can tailor it to fit your team’s needs without making things overly complicated. The automation tools save a ton of time, and the overall experience feels smooth and reliable. For the price, it offers a lot of value. Definitely a CRM I’d recommend to businesses looking for a practical, flexible, and user-friendly solution!

#### Cons

One downside of Zoho CRM is that it can feel a little overwhelming at first. There are tons of features and customization options, which is great once you get the hang of it, but the learning curve can be a bit steep for new users. Some settings also take a little digging to find. Overall, it’s manageable, but expect to spend some time getting everything set up the way you want.

### It's helpful for keeping track of enrollment and how we’re interacting with parents.

It does what we need for managing parent communications and tracking enrollments, though it's clearly built for sales teams rather than early childhood programs. Once you figure out which parts to ignore, it works well enough. Worth considering if you have budget and need better organization than spreadsheets offer.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

We use this to keep track of parent inquiries and follow-ups during enrollment season. It’s pretty handy for storing contact details and keeping all my notes from meetings with families in one place. Honestly, the email templates are a lifesaver when I'm dealing with a flood of admission queries. Plus, being able to see the full history of our conversations really helps out when parents come back months later asking if we still have any spots left.

#### Cons

The setup took way longer than I expected. Honestly, some of the features feel too complicated for what we actually need, and the mobile app doesn't always sync right. That's pretty annoying when I'm away from my desk. Then there's the pricing, it adds up fast if you want the features that actually matter for small educational settings.

Overall, my experience with Zoho CRM was positive and productive. It’s a robust, feature‑rich platform that excels at centralizing customer data, automating workflows, and supporting end‑to‑end CRM processes. I especially valued its high level of customization and seamless integration with other Zoho applications, which made it possible to tailor the system to specific business needs. That said, the platform does have a learning curve, particularly when setting up advanced automation, reports, or custom modules. Some areas of the interface can feel a bit dense, which may slow down new users initially. However, once configured and understood, Zoho CRM proved to be a powerful and reliable tool for managing relationships and improving efficiency.

#### Ratings breakdown

#### Pros

What I liked most about Zoho CRM was how customizable and all‑in‑one it is. It allowed me to tailor workflows, fields, and modules to match specific business processes rather than forcing us to adapt to the software. I also appreciated how seamlessly it integrates with other Zoho applications—email, reporting, automation, and analytics—which made managing customer data and follow‑ups much more efficient in one place. Additionally, the interface is intuitive, so it didn’t take long to get comfortable using it day‑to‑day.

#### Cons

What I liked least about Zoho CRM was that some features felt overly complex to configure, especially advanced workflows, automation, and reporting. While the platform is very powerful, it often required significant setup time and a learning curve to fully leverage its capabilities. In some areas, the user interface also felt a bit less intuitive or cluttered, particularly when navigating between modules or customizing layouts, which could slow things down for new users.

### An effective CRM that helps me achieve our company goals

Logically, leads are lost from uninterested people. The CRM helps me retake conversations and re-capture the attention of those interested. I plan the information with which the customer care employees should interact, and I automate the recall messages. I track the results of these interactions. Zoho stats could be more detailed, but they are enough to assess what I can improve from the strategies I implement.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The auto-tracking is simply brilliant. It is exact and helps to continue the conversation appropriately. Custom messages are practical and easy to access. The automation of storing the details of the leads help us prevent the loss of contact information. The automated assignment of funnels and responsible user saves time and prevents us from committing recurring human errors.

#### Cons

Performance could be better. The AI may initially seem very helpful, but it's easy for the bot to generate incoherent conversations. I have to monitor the chats and step in when necessary. Yes, it helps me automate, but I can't stop supervising it.

### Wish I never switched to Zoho Books

Very poor. On a quarterly basis the bank links do not work. I spend hours trying to fix my bank uploads and figuring out when their service broke down. The only response I get from them is "thanks for your patience - it's not Zoho that is broken - it's the 3rd party company we hire for bank feeds"

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 1/5
- Value for money: 1/5
- Customer support: 1/5
- Functionality: 1/5

#### Pros

I originally switched from Quickbooks to Zoho because it was more user friendly. However the customer service has outweighed the ease of use

#### Cons

Their 3rd party banking link supplier is atrocious. It breaks down once a quarter for at least 2 weeks. The solution is to always manually upload my bank statements. What's the point of having an accounting software if I'm doing all the work.

Zoho CRM has helped me with my sales and customer management processes. I used it to manage a pipeline of more than 100 prospects and the real-time analytics allowed me to recognize opportunities and close deals quicker. It is a great tool for businesses aiming to grow their operations.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I really enjoy how Zoho CRM brings together all customer engagements, enabling easy handling of leads, opportunity tracking and automated workflows. I used it (for instance) to automate the follow-up email for my sales team, and the response rates improved massively. Another great feature of Zia, the AI-powered sales assistant, is that it can predict trends and prioritize leads accordingly.

#### Cons

As a CRM newbie, the interface can seem cluttered and overwhelming at first. The most advanced features, including custom modules and integrations, are only available on a higher-tier plan, which may lead to additional costs for smaller businesses.
