  • Pros

  • Not much to like about Clover. It gets businesses with its cheap entry pricing and variable processing rates sound good but in reality it will bleed you dry.
  • Before, we were paying a certain percentage across the boards, with Square. Now we have great fees and pricing with Clover.
  • Cons

  • The devices are not cheap, so if anything happened to it that could be an expensive loss.
  • Can't think of anything at this time as a negative about this software.

  • Pros

  • I love how my stylists get notifications when a client checks in. I like that there are many integrations that can be added.
  • It also allows you to see their availability, and you can send a link to your calendar to your clients to let them know when they can meet with you. It's a great way to save time and money.
  • Cons

  • Our biggest struggle was not having our package numbers convert. The packages converted, just not the numbers assigned to them.
  • There are sometimes some reports that are missing or hard to find. I am always searching to find a certain report or measurement and can't quite find the right ones.
