Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use. Great technical support. Easily customized to my personal use. Have received a lot of positive response from clients.

  • Efficiency & effectiveness. Great product and easy to use.

  • Cons

  • I've had some complaints from clients that they can't log in or can't cancel an existing appointment online. I'm not sure how to advise them.

  • No ios app for iPhone/ipad. System logs you out too quickly, I leave it open on my desk top and have to log back in numerous times each day.

  • Pros

  • It's very easy use, and love the confirmation text out to clients. I love that it's easy keep track of your accounts.

  • The support team are brilliant and always happy to support and help where they can. Customer service excellent too. I like that its iCloud based . I like the reports too when they work!!

  • Cons

  • It's still a little bit quirky, but the support line is very helpful and always available to troubleshoot.

  • A couple of slightly quicker "short cuts" that would make life a little easier.
