Sometimes when moving appointments up and down / or dragging to block a day the system gets stuck and I have to log out and back in again for it to do what I needed to do.

Efficiency & effectiveness. Great product and easy to use.

I have trouble almost every appointment I make,the time & date are open,I almost always have to use the Force button,more then once.

It is also too easy to accidentally move an appointment by mistake when using the phone version.

Product is user friendly, functions properly and the ease of utilizing the product.

The layout of EZnet is very easy to identify the appointment type and status. It is easy to train new staff on and they feel comfortable using it very quickly.

The customer service is excellent. I set up a training session with EZnet when I first started the job and I very quickly was brought up to speed with how to use it for scheduling.

EZ Net has been very user friendly which was the most important to me.

I love looking up reports on how the salon is doing as a whole as well as individual. I like in a second being able to tell a client when she last visited us what she paid ect.

Configuration issues aplenty and sometime impossible to track down what is actually happening. Poor integrations with some providers and tools.

With all the clients in our system we should have more marketing options. There are a lot of weird cliches that’s happen at end of day.

I also love the 24/7 customer care that’s available at any time if you need them.
