It's been great overall, i've tried numerous different apps, even some that were free like connectteam and honeybook, but none of them could compare. I love being in control of every detail and goldie gives me just that. Meanwhile other apps and sites give you half the features and customizablilty with the same price. Overall out all literally every booking app i've had, goldie has some features missing that would make it the best app ever, but it's definetly #1. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros I really enjoy goldie, there's not too much of a learning curve when you start setting everything up. I've never had any issues with security and they've always made sure payments securely reach my banks, ect. Plus the features you get compared to other apps are amazing, it's greater value for money. Even if you don't use online booking, which makes schedule changes so much easier, there's the scheduling and appointment management. I've never had any bugs or any other issues when using the app, and my clients love using it to manage their appointments. #### Cons I don't like the pricing amount, the value is great but every little thing is behind a paywall, and they don't have a built in quoting system so you still have to do a lot manually. The booking sites are beautiful, if I need help I am contacted the same day by a real person, the AI chat bot for general help is very helpful and understands everything I ask of it. The ease of booking for clients is fantastic and I love that I can block extra time between appointments. Although I don't use the feature for dynamic pricing, I do think it's a necessity for a lot of people who work late or weekends. I really wish they would allow a way for us to create specific coupon codes though. I would love to be able to set up a code for just people in the office building or family and friends so they can apply it right at checkout. It would also be nice if I could link my Goldie and Google reviews together somehow. A FAQ section would be a really nice touch, as well. It makes scheduling so easy by automatically selecting the service my clients always have when rebooking, the schedule itself has so many different ways to read it and so that always looks nice and with all the different colours too it’s so easy! Payments have never been easier with all the different types of payments, it captures details and lets me do deposits too. The value for money is better than any other, I’ve tried 6 different companies. I am a 1 oerson operation, so I have to do it all. Having Goldie is like having an administrative assistant who never has to take a break, has personal issues that keeps them from being able to perform, but can be completely relied upon to maintain my schedule, client communications and reminders, marketing and payments. I can even use it to keep track of my personal schedule and put reminders in to pay bills, remember birthdays, etc. I have stopped using every other calendar and reminder app I have on my phone. #### Cons I have not found anything that causes me to say, "I love Goldie, except..."
