"It’s a reliable system that helps keep my business organised and professional. While there are a few areas that could be improved, it does exactly what you need it to do for day-to-day scheduling and client management."

"The booking sites are beautiful, if I need help I am contacted the same day by a real person, the AI chat bot for general help is very helpful and understands everything I ask of it."

"I love that I can add all my appointment dates and times, and the automated message system; word really well for my customer base."

"The fact you can’t add lunch breaks into the calendar. that you can’t select a service to only be booked on certain days such as “full groom Saturdays only”"

"I would say the only thing I don’t love so far is that it only has the option to send text reminders to my clients, and that I can't separate prep instructions for certain services."
