Pros/Cons
Pros
- I have been using it for years, It is reliable, affordable and easy to use. I definitely recommend it.
- I love how easy it's to use for myself and the clients. Also the client reminders are a great help, I just wished you had it with every plan or able to send automatically with any phone.
- What I love about this app is that it is the perfect service for my small business and it is efficient and dependable. I feel like it's my receptionist.
Cons
- Clients getting confused thinking they must download the app in order to book with me but when they have to use the link its confusing.
- At the moment the lag on booking appointments is driving me crazy , I have done all updates but is so slow and unresponsive.
- It can get costly, as a very small business I cant justify paying £45 to 1 other employee on.
Pros
- I love that it does nearly everything that acuity does but at a much more affordable price and with better customer service, where a real person answers and helps immediately with queries.
- The client dashboard for booking an appointment has great UI/UX, which is the most important part for us. They always have new and great updates.
- The software has been great for us and saved us a lot of money. The support team is also very responsive and always helps us when we're trying to get things sorted out.
Cons
- The supposed time zone blocking feature does not work.
- I still struggle to justify using Probooking as my main tool for bookings as I just feel there are certain features that fall short due to oversight.
- Lack of direct line of communication e.g. chat/call, but having quick email response makes it negligible.
