Cons: The cost for what you get and support staff that is supposed to reach out and don't. When asked to fix or change things the response isn't quick or just told we can't do that. I have used other scheduling softwares before that are way more user friendly and I feel like Phorest should do some more research on other platforms to see how they work well and incorporate that into their own.
