"Phorest has saved us time with bookings, giving us any easy way to track our progress, and allowed us to increase revenues while holding down costs."

"I do NOT like the fact that you cannot designate 2 staff members to perform one treatment, I do NOT like the fact that when you cancel, you can NOT get ALL you data, they hold it hostage making you pay them $295 to export your data, and even that won't allow you to take ALL your data."

"Because you normally run so smoothly, when there are bugs or issues with the software I rarely consider that the problem is within Phorest and assume user error."

"Only complaint stylists have is for gap booking and how they have to book processing time which turns into a nightmare for receptionists"
