Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It was pretty easy to use & had a great CRM element and reporting functionality.

  • Good layout and the dashboard gives a great snapshot and overview.

  • Cons

  • If there is one feature we could get, it would be an integrated POS. With that said, we currently use Square and it's working fabulously.

  • The iOS app is great but doesn't have the the flexibility and functions of the desktop version - for example you can't amend staff rotas via the app.

  • Pros

  • The customer support. They are so knowledgeable and are always there to help when I need them. The wait time is never a problem!

  • I like the layout and the ease of getting around for scheduling, client access and sales.

  • Cons

  • I wish when a new feature is added they let me know. Email templates and campaigns are old fashioned design. App design could be better And no Mac version

  • We would like to see an EMR feature and photography capability for our before and after photos. I would like to see more advanced marketing features and text messaging options.
