Conosco sia il software che l’azienda sin dagli albori e l’ho visto crescere e svilupparsi direttamente sulle esigenze del centro estetico. Il servizio cliente è ineccepibile e non credo possa avere concorrenza. Ti risolvono qualsiasi problema ed in tempi brevissimi

Alcuni processi nella gestione dei pacchetti e degli acconti a prima vista non sono semplici da gestire

Mi piace la possibilità di tenere tutto monitorato cosa molto difficile ormai manualmente. Ritengo che sia estremamente necessario impostare il lavoro attraverso un gestionale.

Cons:

Che non sono ancora in grado di conoscere una percentuale elevata di azioni da svolgere perché il lunedì lavoro e quando c’è formazione non posso guardare le presentazioni e resto sempre indietro. Anche prendere appuntamento con i ragazzi è impegnativo se non lo faccio extra lavoro perché ho poco tempo e loro dedicano max 30 min per volta. Sarebbe bene cambiare approccio e fare un testo con cui apprendere.

Volevo migliorare rispetto al prodotto che utilizzavo prima e avevo sempre sentito parlare benissimo di Venere.

Non è da tanto che usufruisco di tutte le funzioni, ma più lo conosco più mi rendo conto del giusto acquisto fatto. Capire quanti prodotti vendo in un mese oppure che servizi propongo di più o di meno servono per migliorare le prestazioni e le proposte. Queste sono una parte delle esperienze positive.

Ogni giorno scopro funzioni nuove importantissime per tenere sotto controllo la mia attività. Statistiche, plenning appuntamenti, magazzino, pagamenti, adesso anche l’ecommerce e la prenotazione online.... La veloce es efficace assistenza e la intuitività del gestionale sono le carte vincenti di Venere.

Cons:

Ho riscontrato un difetto sulla selezione dei clienti a cui voglio inviare delle mail. Nel senso che non si possono incrociare più dettagli. Ad esempio vorrei selezionare clienti di una fascia di età che però abbiamo acconsentito a ricevere le mie promozioni.

Mi sembrava più semplice il suo utilizzo; Per la chiarezza con cui Stefano mi spiegava come utilizzarlo, immaginando che avrei avuto un’assistenza telefonica altrettanto efficiente; Per il costo competitivo

Mi piacerebbe avere un resoconto mensile degli incassi fra contanti e carta inserendo anche le diverse uscite
