Pros/Cons
Pros
- My niece stepped in to help me on our very busy opening day and she was able to add clients and sell merchandise seamlessly because of how user friendly and secure this platform is.
- I am able to train my staff with ease and its fun because of how easy it is to move through Bookee.
- Photos of patients are good. The interface looks nice, the best part is the app from a patients point of view.
Cons
- Can be glitchy and crash often. Some clients are unable to cancel out of our classes.
- There are a few features that were missing and are on their way. That being said anything we have asked for the have stated they will look into it.
- Deleting the canceled session from the calendar can look like the class is no longer offered which can be confusing to customers.
Pros
- This app was recommended by another user and it has made my life so much easier. Super simple interface, incredibly supportive customer service, and flawless member experiences so far.
- I like how easy it is for my students to pre-book their classes, the dashboard is awesome showing me who is attending for the day's sessions, and the emailing system is one of my most liked features.
- This software is amazing for keeping a martial arts school on track. They are continually improving features as well and we highly recommend anyone use it.
Cons
- The only one thing I have found that I have had trouble with is when I search for a member if they are frozen their name doesn't come up in the search. I have to go to the frozen tab to find them.
- It’s cuts down tons on paperwork and allows the use of a card for recurring monthly payments.
- I dislike not being able to give INDIVIDUAL stripes when a promotion is made. I can put stripes on the color belts, but it shows everyone with the same stripes.
