Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use for both administrators and customers. Really like that you can set up repeating events with ease. This software has made my bookings a breeze. Great customer service too.

  • Great price, as we are an NGO. I find it easy to use and to keep track of. I like the customisable functions.

  • Cons

  • Back end could always have a few tweaks here and there. Mobile layout for block bookings could be a tiny bit clearer.

  • I would struggle to find something negative to write. All the options I need are there and easy to use.

  • Pros

  • It is so easy to use, so simple to pick up anywhere and update, and easy enough for anyone to view and understand! :)

  • It has a clear layout and is very easy to use

  • Cons

  • It can feel a little clunky at times and buggy. For the most part it is ok, but some of the processes could be easier and more flexible in how a user can interact with them.

  • It can begin to get a little bit laggy when there are many other members of staff on display at the same time. Other than that, no complaints!
