Pros/Cons
Pros
- It’s great, easy to use, great facilities and my customers like it as well. The guys at Bookwhen are always looking for ways to improve it and the customer care is second to none.
- Very easy to use and support has been great. Even with the free version they get back to you to help with any problems in good time.
- I have been really impressed with how easy it is to use and also how responsive the customer care have been if I have got stuck with anything. The cost too is so reasonable.
Cons
- Hard to understand at first. Very confusing when first started filling in information.
- I would struggle to find something negative to write.
- If I accidentally click on our own account link, I can't sign in as admin, so I have to re-enter the general Bookwhen page to log in.
Pros
- They way you book for a service is very good, the dashboards they have are very good on the system. The system provides an insight snapshot to what is going on today which is great.
- I like your personalized attention and that your response has made me feel valued as a customer and gives me the confidence that I am supported at all times.
- You can favorite the places you frequent so it's easy to access exactly where you want to book. I like the flexibility and it helps that you can use it on your phone as well as computer.
Cons
- This system is a constant source of grief. It double charges clients all the time, they say they are "trying" to get it to stop, meanwhile I get a dozen furious calls a week from clients who complain.
- It was the worst experience, afther that company, I had hired another that did the programming in 2 days and I was using it in 3 days at the 50% of the cost.
- Besides the horrible service they have not kept up with technology.
