  • Pros

  • It’s great, easy to use, great facilities and my customers like it as well. The guys at Bookwhen are always looking for ways to improve it and the customer care is second to none.
  • Very easy to use and support has been great. Even with the free version they get back to you to help with any problems in good time.
  • I have been really impressed with how easy it is to use and also how responsive the customer care have been if I have got stuck with anything. The cost too is so reasonable.
  • Cons

  • Hard to understand at first. Very confusing when first started filling in information.
  • I would struggle to find something negative to write.
  • If I accidentally click on our own account link, I can't sign in as admin, so I have to re-enter the general Bookwhen page to log in.

  • Representative was a complete delight and super helpful. The customer service alone is worth the investment.
  • I love QB Time, it works great and is very reliable. It is nice to have it all in one place.
  • This is the easiest program, it makes your job so easy and the customer service is outstanding. You can call anytime and they will walk you through anything you want to do.
  • Cons

  • This is more of a failure of staff than the product, but is something that should not be dismissed.
  • I was not able to use TSheets long enough to find a downside. We had to cancel as a result of losing our hourly employees during the COVID crisis.
  • The only bad thing about this software was the account features in which it frequently asked you to reset your password about every 4 months.
