Pros/Cons
Pros
- It’s great, easy to use, great facilities and my customers like it as well. The guys at Bookwhen are always looking for ways to improve it and the customer care is second to none.
- Very easy to use and support has been great. Even with the free version they get back to you to help with any problems in good time.
- I have been really impressed with how easy it is to use and also how responsive the customer care have been if I have got stuck with anything. The cost too is so reasonable.
Cons
- Hard to understand at first. Very confusing when first started filling in information.
- I would struggle to find something negative to write.
- If I accidentally click on our own account link, I can't sign in as admin, so I have to re-enter the general Bookwhen page to log in.
Pros
- I had a great experience with the new update and the support specialist who assisted me made it very easy to learn and follow her instructions on how to use the features. My experience was awesome.
- I like how user friendly it is to add items to your calendar. The layout and look of calendar is great also.
- Easy to use/input events into our calendar. It is customizable with tags & media and super easy to embed into our website and share on social media.
Cons
- I think their biggest downfall is the lack of a knowledgebase on how use certain aspects of the software.
- First of all, there’s no way to find out how much the premium version costs unless you schedule a meeting with their VP.
- The only con I see, and this is being extremely picky, is the inability to publish my calendar multiple pages throughout my site. However, this could also be a feature oversight on my end.
