I have reached out to support few times, their AI support is the best I've seen, you get email replies instantly and it was actually accurate, so I was very impressed as I don't usually get good experience with other AI bots. Customer support is also good and they respond fast. Cons: Because they have a lot of features, the dashboard is also more complex and it takes a bit of learning curve. The dashboard is not as simple as other marketing platforms. The reports in the free plan are not good though, they are limited and difficult to navigate. The first campaign was suspended because our historical CRM/newsletter database contained many invalid and outdated email addresses. This was not entirely Brevo's fault, as the list had been collected over several years and required proper validation. After authenticating our sending domain, validating the email lists with an external verification tool, and removing invalid addresses, the campaign was sent successfully. Overall, Brevo worked well after the necessary setup and list cleaning. I would recommend it as a good value email marketing platform, but older contact databases should definitely be cleaned and verified before sending large campaigns.
