Pros
- I have tried lots of platforms, and Sendinblue has a great automation feature and also the greatest thing about it is the lead base, 120.000 contacts its perfect and for the price is even better.
- I attended a webinar by the Sendinblue team and the sales team were awesome in answering every single query and the support team is super quick in resolving any query.I highly recommend Sendinblue.
- I truly like how intuitive Brevo is. It's easy to use, the documentation is great and detailed so that I can use it without any dev help.
Cons
- The onboarding was a mess with errors in their documentation: it took us three months or so, so plan for that.
- The experience was concerning enough that I want to go some effort to warn others. This is a terrible service for small businesses on a budget.
- There are some of the build-in template are not properly design and we have wasting hours of our time trying to editing a broken template. In the end, we just working on other template.
Pros
- It's straightforward to use, has a clean and responsive design, and with great templates and reporting tools, you can manage your campaigns at any single point of development.
- But I also like Worldview, it's amazing. I also really like the reports, they are so easy to navigate and give deeper insights than I saw with other ESPs.
- Campaign Monitor by Marigold is a reliable and perfect solution for proper marketing automation. I like the efficiency of Campaign Monitor by Marigold.
Cons
- As such, lists often run into negative numbers after I delete them.
- The custom HTML email editing is a pain, you can't actually edit the HTML in the platform, so you've got to constantly upload, test, and re-upload changes.
- I was hoping to be able to jump right in with little to no instruction, but there are a few nuances that I was unaware of in terms of HTML code.
