Pros/Cons
Pros
- I have tried lots of platforms, and Sendinblue has a great automation feature and also the greatest thing about it is the lead base, 120.000 contacts its perfect and for the price is even better.
- Affordable: Brevo is a very reasonably priced solution that offers a lot of useful marketing features. Super intuitive and easy-to-use interface.
- I truly like how intuitive Brevo is. It's easy to use, the documentation is great and detailed so that I can use it without any dev help.
Cons
- The onboarding was a mess with errors in their documentation: it took us three months or so, so plan for that.
- The experience was concerning enough that I want to go some effort to warn others. This is a terrible service for small businesses on a budget.
- There are some of the build-in template are not properly design and we have wasting hours of our time trying to editing a broken template. In the end, we just working on other template.
Pros
- Every time if there's an issue, their team is always on top of it. The breakdown of stats is very nice and we love how helpful they are when it comes to making sure our delivery is 100.
- Sendlane is the nice email automation tool I have ever used. It has the nice email sequence features mainly for Shopify, and has the rich accessibility.
- The automations are amazing. Very easy to set up and looks after my customers automatically which leaves me free to do other things for my business.
Cons
- They just updated their price and it kinda sucks, so that's the only place they lost points.
- Not always that intuitive to use. Software can be a bit confusing at times.
- No where in the contract does it state that the articles and and any information that you are provided to navigate is out of date.
