Pros/Cons
Pros
- Really good and very easy to use. Some of the features are bloody brilliant and so useful.
- I have tried lots of platforms, and Sendinblue has a great automation feature and also the greatest thing about it is the lead base, 120.000 contacts its perfect and for the price is even better.
- The transactional emails are getting to their destinations. The free trial period is a great test, and having a free level makes this great for very small organizations.
Cons
- The onboarding was a mess with errors in their documentation: it took us three months or so, so plan for that.
- The experience was concerning enough that I want to go some effort to warn others. This is a terrible service for small businesses on a budget.
- There are some of the build-in template are not properly design and we have wasting hours of our time trying to editing a broken template. In the end, we just working on other template.
Pros
- The most helpful and organized website and thanks for the customer service they are really very helpful and clear.
- What I loved about SendPulse in email marketing is that it has a free tier for up to 2500 subscribers, so you get to try it for free. The other main advantage is the automation features.
- Love that they are recently expanding to landing page and CRM which I am very excited to explore.
Cons
- I had at the beginning an issue with the email that I was ending - the SendPuls refused to send it considering that it violates its rules.
- Probably, I will have to abandon this software and look for a more functional alternative.
- Content publishing has to be manually confirmed. It turns out that there is no automation with this social network.
