Pros/Cons
Pros
- I enjoy the opportunity to change the background to avoid distractions. Mostly, I'm happy to have something that will allow us to connect to the rest of the world while still being safe at home.
- I love that you can easily video chat with so many people at the same time. The best part is that you can mute yourself if you need to during the call.
- I like that I can see everyones faces at a glance or focus on one person in particular. It has pretty good video and audio quality.
Cons
- Have had some issues where users had to restart their systems and some users have complained that they had audio issues.
- I never had a problem, but I read that hackers could infiltrate meetings. I did have some fails during conferences where people had to reboot and rejoin but it wasn't too often.
- I can't think of anything negative. This software has really saved our mentality for working and schooling at home.
Pros
- I have been using it for years, It is reliable, affordable and easy to use. I definitely recommend it.
- I love how easy it's to use for myself and the clients. Also the client reminders are a great help, I just wished you had it with every plan or able to send automatically with any phone.
- What I love about this app is that it is the perfect service for my small business and it is efficient and dependable. I feel like it's my receptionist.
Cons
- Clients getting confused thinking they must download the app in order to book with me but when they have to use the link its confusing.
- At the moment the lag on booking appointments is driving me crazy , I have done all updates but is so slow and unresponsive.
- It can get costly, as a very small business I cant justify paying £45 to 1 other employee on.
