Pros/Cons
Pros
- I enjoy the opportunity to change the background to avoid distractions. Mostly, I'm happy to have something that will allow us to connect to the rest of the world while still being safe at home.
- I love that you can easily video chat with so many people at the same time. The best part is that you can mute yourself if you need to during the call.
- I like that I can see everyones faces at a glance or focus on one person in particular. It has pretty good video and audio quality.
Cons
- Have had some issues where users had to restart their systems and some users have complained that they had audio issues.
- I never had a problem, but I read that hackers could infiltrate meetings. I did have some fails during conferences where people had to reboot and rejoin but it wasn't too often.
- The embed feature doesn't work well with WordPress websites and lacks customization.
Pros
- The scheduling features are fantastic and intuitive. The calendar view is a great way to organize your temp workers.
- Easy integration with our data base and the ability to customize the functionality to work with our processes. Customer support has been great throughout the integration and trials.
- Great team, great service and great suite of services and internal integrations.
Cons
- This is very inconvenient because Staffing Agencies provide different pay rates for different assignments based on the distance, workload, and in some cases, holidays/premium hours worked.
- Schedule still difficult and rate job assign not match with business. Need more flexible to edit, to change staff and pay rate.
- The booking process for a candidate to a vacancy, its not straight forward and very confusing.
