I still think that Calendly is fantastic, I've used it in two different organizations to manage consultant calendars and it is such a smooth integration with individual employee calendars.
Cons:
The interface is very plain and I wish that we could customize it a little bit, such as incorporating brand colors into the schedule so users feel like they are still working with us.

For the way I am currently using it I am on the free version but I have used the paid version before. I love using this as it makes booking and keeping my schedule organized very easy. It saves me lots of time instead of going back and forth with customers all the time. I get compliments all the time from customers that they love booking and using my system as it makes it very easy for them too
Cons:
I wish the free version allowed a little more. Maybe to be able to have 2 types of meetings available at once, or be able to have 1 group option. When I was working with a bigger company and we did have a subscription these features were very useful

Honestly, the biggest win for me has been the time it saves. Before Calendly, I was going back and forth with clients just to find a meeting time, now they just click a link on my website and pick a slot that works for them. It's so easy to use that I've never had a client complain they couldn't figure it out, which says a lot. The features like automatic reminders and setting my own availability mean I rarely deal with no-shows or last-minute surprises anymore. For what you pay, the value is genuinely there, especially once you start using it daily. The platform has also been very stable, I haven't run into any bugs or technical issues that disrupted a client booking. When I was getting set up and had a couple of questions, customer support got back to me without much fuss. Its sync with Google Calendar and Outlook ensures our schedules reflect actual workload and prevent overlapping bookings. We also appreciate how clean and uncluttered the platform is. After using Calendly for 3years now, we genuinely have very little to criticize. I honestly love calendly. For easing the task of setting up meetings and saving time on emails back and forth to get a day and time booked for my meetups. I love how i am able to send a booking link so that client's and co-workers would be able to book the most convenient time.
