  • Pros

  • Overally, I love Calendly and would recommend it to anyone. The best part about Calendly is the ability to integrate, the fact that it's user-friendly, and the ability to automate everything.
  • It improves the relationship between the customer and us by giving them the freedom to choose an exchange day that suits their calendar. It's a godsend to use Calendly.
  • Absolutely love Calendly and highly recommend to anyone needing an online meeting scheduler. Super aesthetically pretty and so easy to use.
  • Cons

  • I found that some people - notably older clients - had trouble navigating the software on their end. If your clients are less than technologically literate, this might be a problem for you too.
  • Hard to think of things that I don't like about this tool. I think for some people on the team, they struggle to use the tool due to complexity, but I find this an issue with most tools.
  • Ultimately I don't know if there is anyway around it, but configuring each user and their preferences for email confirmation/schedules, etc. can be a pain for the administrator.

  • The product is visually clean with great features and a low learning curve for my staff. Front Desk is simple, useful, and a great addition to my business.
  • Customer service has been helpful in hearing my frustrations and has been good with helping me find temporary work-arounds. Overall pleased with the product.
  • So far so good!!! Anytime I need help I send in a question and get a great response promptly. Learning the ins and outs have been pretty easy though.
  • Cons

  • Families are unable to manage each other so each child has to have their own unique email address to have a waiver on file as well as an account with us. Parents are always mad about this.
  • Also, some of the french translation are bizarre and inaccurate' and some sections aren't fully translated. There's some annoying bugs ( i already sent all this to their support team).
  • Really too bad, because it had everything else on our requirements list.
