Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This product is extremely helpful in my day to day activities. It saves me a lot of time coordinating with prospects to schedule.

  • Amazing scheduling software that saves me lots of hours and headache on a daily basis. The interface is very easy to use and appealing.

  • Cons

  • I wish they had the ability to add blocks of available time vs a link to click through but other than that it is great.

  • not able to accept payments in the free version level, no native iOS app, and only able to use one type of appointment at the free level

  • Pros

  • The app was fairly easy to navigate and data input was lightning quick. Most information was easy to locate and edit for warranty repair service jobs.

  • Logical layout, easy to use, customer support has always been great

  • Cons

  • None of the plans seem to be right for me. Although the pricing is fine, I'm not sure if I will be able to fully realize the potential of the software.

  • If pushed I'd say the "Apple" thing, but honestly when your business is booming, the cost of another iPad is not an issue!
