Other than that, I do wish the waitlist feature would automatically ask clients after booking if they wanted to be re-added to the waitlist after booking. I recently started direct billing via ClinicSense and it saves a lot of time. Once I set up payment processing with Square, that was also a huge time saver and increased convenience for my clients. Cons: Sometimes ClinicSense make changes to things (i.e. revenue reports) that creates more work me, not less.
