Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It is super user friendly & easy to use. I love that it can be used on a computer, cell phone or tablet and there is no subscription. You only pay for what you use.

  • Easy to use. Super simple changing things. I love the internal notes for privacy. It's an easy program to teach new staff. I love the auto populating feature from Quickbooks records.

  • Cons

  • Hard to find some things in the site, but overall good service.

  • Syncing to multiple locations would not sync with qb and would sometimes create a new job. There are work-arounds but this process could be easier.

  • Pros

  • THis application allows me to keep track of pretty much everything in the office. I absolutely love it!

  • I like that it is very user friendly and easily customazible.

  • Cons

  • I feel like it lacked in depth tools no tear sheets no followup scheduling. It was very simple which worked but you could say it had a limited reach.

  • The mobile app has had a number of bugs and issues. But we contact customer service and it seems to fix. However we still run into minor issues here and there.
