  • Pros

  • The DoTimely team is very quick to respond when I have any issues and were so great getting me started on the app. I am so happy I chose this company to help me manage my business.
  • Kudos to the DoTimely team, I really love the app. I'm so happy that many processes that took us a lot of time now they are solved with a click.
  • The user experience for our clients' is great because they know what is going on with the service they hired. For the staff it's a great way to keep things organized.
  • Cons

  • Invoicing errors with packages and paid / unpaid records, very confusing.
  • My clients don't think to look there because it makes them think of insurance so they skip it. The tutorial videos are hard to learn from due to no sound.
  • I havent found anything about the software that I dislike as yet.

  • Ubindi's strength is its simplicity, perfect for independent teachers looking for an affordable online reservation and payment system for classes.
  • So easy to use, great for physical and online bookings, good options eg for payment types and class frequency. Amazing customer service.
  • Simple and great value for money software. The support team are amazing with super quick response times.
  • Cons

  • I was concerned that students would be put off by having to register but my worries have so far been unfounded.
  • A control is needed to block haters or people who can be added to our community in order to annoy. While students can be deleted or deleted, students can still re-register.
  • Some of my clients are having a hard time signing on to class when it is their first time.
