Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It has many many functions. Full of cool features. Very useful.

  • The program is fairly straight forward, and easy to use. Booking calls is easy, once you have the clients already in the system.

  • Cons

  • Confusing some times. There are so many features and tools.

  • It used to be slow....but that has stopped - so no Cons at this point

  • Pros

  • Very feature rich. Great customer support. Interfacing with other systems is very good. Good documentation on community site.

  • This software is excellnet and a very good tool for huge companies, this product is easy to use once your accumulated with it, I also like that it has a mobile application

  • Cons

  • It is very expensive and requires Java applet updates all the time which I hate doing. Other than that the hardware and software is great.

  • The scheduling assistant can be a pain. It's good when it works but having to manually enter everyones hours instead of the computer being able to read a schedule is a big time suck.
