Pros/Cons
Pros
- The product is visually clean with great features and a low learning curve for my staff. Front Desk is simple, useful, and a great addition to my business.
- Customer service has been helpful in hearing my frustrations and has been good with helping me find temporary work-arounds. Overall pleased with the product.
- So far so good!!! Anytime I need help I send in a question and get a great response promptly. Learning the ins and outs have been pretty easy though.
Cons
- Families are unable to manage each other so each child has to have their own unique email address to have a waiver on file as well as an account with us. Parents are always mad about this.
- Also, some of the french translation are bizarre and inaccurate' and some sections aren't fully translated. There's some annoying bugs ( i already sent all this to their support team).
- Really too bad, because it had everything else on our requirements list.
Pros
- Everything so far has been excellent. I am so happy to have this all ready to go for use and excited to use it.
- I am extremely satisfied with Vagaro and all supports in place. I recommend it to colleagues in the field.
- They LOVE having the ability to see their schedules from the personal smart phone/ tablet when they aren't at work. Our client's LOVE their texting reminders.
Cons
- Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.
- I spend countless hours a month combing the system for these errors and it makes our company look incompetent to our customers.
- Sometimes it's difficult to find what I'm looking for. That can be frustrating when I'm with a client.
