Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • THis application allows me to keep track of pretty much everything in the office. I absolutely love it!

  • I like that it is very user friendly and easily customazible.

  • Cons

  • I feel like it lacked in depth tools no tear sheets no followup scheduling. It was very simple which worked but you could say it had a limited reach.

  • The mobile app has had a number of bugs and issues. But we contact customer service and it seems to fix. However we still run into minor issues here and there.

  • Pros

  • The easy of use and configuration, the customize section has all the things you need for small business.

  • Reliable, simple interface, but flexible set-up. Perfect support. Has to be the best out there. A very good free service.

  • Cons

  • Nothing is particularly bad but more export and print options would be nice.

  • Customizing it took a little bit of time. That's a plus, too, however, as we were able to configure it to look just how we wanted it to. Just took a bit of time.
