Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Very feature rich. Great customer support. Interfacing with other systems is very good. Good documentation on community site.

  • This software is excellnet and a very good tool for huge companies, this product is easy to use once your accumulated with it, I also like that it has a mobile application

  • Cons

  • It is very expensive and requires Java applet updates all the time which I hate doing. Other than that the hardware and software is great.

  • The scheduling assistant can be a pain. It's good when it works but having to manually enter everyones hours instead of the computer being able to read a schedule is a big time suck.

  • Pros

  • I like the easy of use and most of all It never fails to deliver a message, Great UX and full of features

  • It's so easy to use, totally reliable and customer service is just great and proactive

  • Cons

  • No real dislikes -- the dashboard is a little overwhelming at first, but the feature set is great once you get used to the navigation.

  • Needs some more options around scheduling on-call rotations and notification policies for how we use it. Android app can also use some refinement.
