They have to be within a project to create these interdependencies. I also wish that I could be some toggles that have to be checked before a task is scheduled. Think about billing and procurement. I want to be able to bill the customer, await payment, and then order the equipment. so I want a flow that allows me to bill the customer and not schedule ordering the equipment until a non-scheduled task is marked complete. I opened a support ticket asking for help and no one ever replied. I canceled our trials before the end of the trial period, but they ended up charging my credit card anyway. I created another support ticket and email customer service to get a refund. After a week I never received a reply, so I had to contact my bank to get a charge back.
