No incentive was offered We have been using Okrabook for several years across our swimming, athletics, and football academies, and it has become an important part of how we manage our day-to-day operations. What I particularly like about Okrabook is that it is built around the realities of running sports academies. Managing different sports, programmes, schedules, coaches, venues, students and payment structures can become extremely complicated, but Okrabook brings all of this together in one platform. The scheduling and booking functionality is particularly useful. We can manage different programmes and sessions while giving parents and athletes a much easier way to view availability and make bookings. It has significantly reduced the amount of manual administration involved in managing registrations and bookings. Another major benefit is the ability to manage customers, coaches, attendance, payments and reporting from the same system. Having everything connected makes it much easier for our team to keep track of what is happening across our different academies. The platform has also continued to evolve over the years.
