"Booking fees are outrageous and the customers keep sending me emails telling me how much they hate paying those fees. When a customer tries to add something extra to their order (like a sandwich) the entire checkout page goes blank and stays that way for 14 seconds (like a "wheel of death") and we lose sales."

"It’s a minimum 24-hr response time and total resolution can take weeks and includes never being able to connect directly with the department needed to resolve the issue."
