It helps me stay productive and organized. I use it almost daily to reserve rooms for meetings or focused solo work. The interface is clean, the booking process is quick, and the tool does what I need most of the time. Just a few small improvements would make it perfect. It’s great for quickly finding and booking a quiet space when I need to focus or meet with colleagues. Even as a first-time user, I didn’t struggle at all. I also love that you can see which floor the room is on and even check the map, super helpful when you're new to the building. And being able to book rooms across different CIC locations is a big plus. Cons: Sometimes a room looks available, but someone is in there without a booking, which can be frustrating. Also, the current max booking time is 240 minutes, and there’s no option to book for a full day. Editing an existing reservation can be a bit tricky too—it’s not always clear or smooth. It is really straight forward a couple of clicks and your meeting rom is reserved. It has a great notification tool to let you know that your meeting is about to start and lets you end the meeting at any time so if your meeting ends quicker than expected the space will be available for other team mates. Cons: It was really hard to understand how to cancelled a meeting that it is going to repeat all days. I had to ask for help to get this done. And when you are working with multiple timezones this might get annoying.
