Cons:

Nothing - I use it every day and never run into things I don't like.

Hands down the best scheduling/booking tool out there

We use Savvycal to offer meeting booking links to clients and take meeting requests from leads on our website. After trying numerous competitors including vyte.in, calendly, our CRM's built in booking tool, we've landed on savvycal as the best option.

Pros:

SavvyCal has a beautiful interface that makes it very easy for people to visually see when you are available, click on a slot and book it. It's just like the google calendar UI so it's instantly familiar. Also savvycal is very flexible and configurable- just about any option you could imagine, whether it's custom schedules for each meeting type, redirecting after booking, and even advanced functions like accessing the booked event data via javascript for custom analytics tracking if you embed savvycal on your website. The support team is phenomenal, and even better, any bugs or improvements I've sent in over the years are quickly addressed and shipped. I can't think of any other software our agency uses that is so responsive to customer feedback and provides such good support.

Cons:

It's very hard to come up with any cons for savvycal. One thing is it can be a bit more expensive per user, depending on your plan, vs calendly but only a $5 difference per month for savvycal pro vs similar calendly plan.

SavvyCal - The Superior Scheduling Platform

Overall, SavvyCal is the best scheduling software I've used! It's much more user-friendly for admin than Acuity, while offering more customizations than Calendly.

Pros:

The flexible scheduling options, that allow schedulers to choose the place they want to meet (in person, phone, zoom, google meet, restream, etc). I love that it can be setup to include round robin scheduling. The aesthetic of SavvyCal is also quick nice!

Cons:

I wish that SavvyCal offered an app interface.
