Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Love everything about this program. It has everything I need to build a call and send to specific employees. It allows me to help keep track of what I’ve done on each job

  • I love how easy my follow up tab is and all of the ways that I can sort through customers and jobs.

  • Cons

  • The cost is a bit high, but a necessary evil. Reasonable value for the price. Constantly evolving so this makes a up a bit for the price

  • I wish it was more Sales friendly for the salesmen at my company and measuring their numbers. But as the name states, Service Titan is great for that all on the service/install end.

  • Pros

  • Worked really well for viewing, coordinating, trading work shifts. The app is great to have

  • It's easy to use and has a great app. You can schedule for multiple locations and multiple positions at the same time.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes clocking in and out remotes glitches but customer service is always fast to correct the issue.

  • Lack of interface customization. Other than that, there is isn't much else to complain about. Overall solid product.
