No incentive was offered I am the owner of a small business. I had a disgruntled past client go on trustanalytica and make multiple fake accounts with multiple fake 1 star reviews. When I went to address these reviews, trustanalytica wouldn’t allow me to do so without paying a fee. Once I paid the fee it still wouldn’t allow me to address the multiple fake reviews because they weren’t real reviews from Google. I even tried to respond to the reviews publicly and still would not let me do so. I’ve contacted “customer support” about this. No response. Complete scam. Allowing fake reviews on a company profile, charging the company money to address them and then still not allowing the reviews to be addressed.
