It integrates with Zapier. It is free. It has almost all the bells and whistles of paid products out there. #### Cons Still trying to figure out how to connect with my meeting software that doesn't have zapier connection yet. But I think it does integrate with the major ones. --- ### Good Doodle Alternative - Overall rating: 5/5 - Reviewer: Katie A. - Verified reviewer: Yes - Industry: Non-Profit Organization Management - Company size: 11-50 employees - Product usage: Used monthly for less than 6 months - Reviewed: September 2022 - Review source details: This reviewer was invited by us to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive as a thank you. Overall much more aesthetically pleasing than its competitor and does what I need. I can see how it would be useful for other applications, though my need is very basic. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros I found zcal when I realized Doodle no longer allowed appointments less than 30 minutes (I needed 20 minute timeslots). Once I figured out how it worked, it has been seamless and user-friendly. Alerts were helpful, and I did a test to figure out how to delete a booking to re-open that time slot. #### Cons I needed this software for scheduling appointments at a 1-day event with three 20-min slots per hour. It is a bit confusing for the user because they have to navigate the calendar to the event date, but once they select that date, it is straightforward. #### Reasons for switching to zcal Doodle appointments are a minimum of 30 minutes, and I needed 20 minutes. --- Showing 1 - 10 of 12 Reviews [See All Reviews](https://www.softwareadvice.com/scheduling/zcal-profile/reviews/) ## Other Top Recommended Appointment Scheduling Software [AdvancedEHR](https://www.softwareadvice.com/product/1018-AdvancedEHR/) **3.6** (467) Recently recommended **257** times [Boulevard](https://www.softwareadvice.com/retail/boulevard-profile/) **4.6** (390) Recently recommended **12** times [DaySmart Appointments](https://www.softwareadvice.com/scm/appointmentplus-profile/) **4.1** (194) Recently recommended **7** times [TimeTap](https://www.softwareadvice.com/dental/timetap-profile/) **4.5** (262) Recently recommended **5** times Stuck Between Options?
