Pros
- I would highly recommend them and in fact will be contracting Zealous for the forthcoming awards event we have planned.
- The platform is great and the customer service is amazing. Sensitive content hidden] in particular were so helpful and friendly.
- The team at Zealous is extremely supportive and has a sincere interest in ensuring the event is structured in a way to ensure success.
Cons
- This was a little disappointing to receive a warning that we have reached the free trial limit and our account was going to be frozen.
- Sadly that there were some bugs while the public voting is live.
- At the moment, score cards are limited to just numerical scoring.
