Their staff is friendly, hard working, and always available. With that combination, I don't know what else you could need out of a long term investment.

I like the ease of finding information for the students and being able to connect with the parents this way. Easy to pull reports that I can use to help with enrollment and decisions.

This was my first year as a teacher, and I loved using ALMA because I got the chance to put all the information that I needed in that Software.

Nothing stands out as a negative. I would be searching to find something that dissatisfied us.

The screen where you choose reports is just a long confusing list. There's no preview of what the report is or looks like.

Even during the pandemic, the response time has been exceptional. The techs are supportive, humorous, collegial, yet professional.

Any error individual teachers make ascribing categories to assignments can only be corrected by erasing an assignment.

The system is solid, and has essentially every feature a smaller school like ours would want (and many more that we don't need to use).

Was the integration with your existing business processes easy. Teachers found it easy to use overall.

The one part that is disappointing is the link does not work with standards based grading. This problem does not stem from Alama, but is from Google not doing standards based grades.

There are several things I dislike about the software. The first one is with curriculum.

The customer services is amazing. Any questions I have I am able to reach out and they will problem solve and help me figure it out.

If you don't have those set up properly, then you're doomed.

There is a seamless integration with Google classroom and it's very easy to communicate with a single student, their family or the whole class.

I loved that our district made a deal to get a group purchase for ALMA so it made the price just perfect for us. ALMA looks beautiful and is an excellent tool.

There are emails with information about new features and how to integrate them. They have been extremely responsive to educators' needs during  COVID-19 homeschooling this spring.

For a school management tool that is cloud-based, I must say the ease of use and great customer service make it an ideal option.

Great program for student records, accounts, parent information and transcripts. Alma is quickly becoming one of the best programs for schools.

Alma integrates our administrative processes into one, easy to use program that both parents and teachers love.

You do not have to be technically advanced to work this program. Love the access to students, and parents and ease of access.

The user interface is exceptional. Ease of use is exquisite when compared to alternatives which make school management complicated and clumsy.

From the administration scheduling,  it's seamless integration with Google Classroom, easy custom reports, on-line student registration  and the awesome communication link with parents and students.

I do like the attendance feature and the assignment and gradebook features. My favorite part is the message board where I can send out one email to all my students and parents at once.

Excellent communication with between admin, staff and school families. A plethora of helpful articles and a very responsive tech support make Alma very easy and satisfying to use.

Our registrar is very happy with how the class configuration, grades, report cards, etc. work in Alma. Our teachers appreciate the ease of use and the integration with Google Classroom.

This software was easily integrated into our program and my parents like it. Billing helped reclaim employee time and help parents pay faster.

It is convenient and the cost is affordable. The parents and staff love it.

The daily reports and the photos are great too. Great way to keep in contact with the people who are taking care of your children.

Overall, I think the software is great. It's easy to use and making owning a business great.

I dislike that you are unable to see your punch in and punch out time. You should be able to see your location at all time.

The support is terrible. I am not sure how they got to be this big with such terrible support.

Overall it's a great experience and a great app to have on my phone when we would like to get updates on how my daughter is doing.
