Idée Digital Student Management System (dSMS) is a cloud-based school management solution that helps schools, colleges, coaching classes and learning centers to automate administrative operations and academic activities.

Key features include fee management, attendance tracking, examination management, admissions, payroll, an admin dashboard, group messaging, reporting and more. RFID attendance tracking, payment gateway integration, analytical reports and learning portals are also available.

The solution features role-based access that gives users control over specific data and functionality, and administrative features allow users to manage operations like creating new student and staff profiles, approving staff leave requests, creating and managing schedules and school calendars, uploading information about school activities and more.

dSMS offers services on a pay-as-you-go basis that includes support via phone and email.

Amazing! Worth getting the certification

Pros

It's been more than 6 months that I am using this software and I personally feel that it is very easy to use. It has simple work flow to help the beginners understand better. There are very nice and creative designs thoughout the usage. Excellent modules.

Cons

Certain topics in the modules can be more elaborative.
I recommend to create more applications for parents.

Little bit difficult if you are aware not computer knowledge. So if a person handles it , they should have information regarding the system.
