It required very little training to the employees at the school and they gave us good documentation and support. The software being cloud-based allowed us to focus on other things at the school since EZ School Apps handled the updates and troubleshooting. The price being so low was another major factor in our decision to move forward with them. Cons: Overall worked great, but if issue occurred support jumped right on it and fixed quickly. Those issues in the early years have been resolved and the product is very stable now.
