It required very little training to the employees at the school and they gave us good documentation and support. The software being cloud-based allowed us to focus on other things at the school since EZ School Apps handled the updates and troubleshooting. The price being so low was another major factor in our decision to move forward with them. #### Cons Overall worked great, but if issue occurred support jumped right on it and fixed quickly. Those issues in the early years have been resolved and the product is very stable now. #### Reasons for choosing EZ School Apps They were the only ones who were doing preordering when we initially purchase but glad we did. The pricing was also a major reason we went with them. It does everything it says it does. Excellent price point, ease of use, saves time with NSLP program claims. Classroom teachers are able to preorder student lunches so this saves us money knowing the exact number of lunches to make. I highly recommend EZSCHOOL #### Cons I really do not have any cons.
