As I log into my books, it calculates and averages grades as I have preset. I can communicate with students and send digital and virtual assignments with a location for their response. The customer service is fast, personal and helpful. There have been times I needed a question addressed and a representative reached out within 24 hours as they said they would. iGrade is dependable. #### Cons There are some features it lacks which would aid my role as a school administrator. For example, it would be nice if I attendance was set up so a second period teacher could see which students were absent 1st period. Also, if it could remind teachers to take attendance and notify an administrator if teachers forget. #### Reasons for choosing iGradePlus Price. Canvas was expensive. There were other LMSs which were closer in price to iGrade and we also most chose another. But iGrade had better functionality ratings in G2, and I have found it is easy to operate. #### Reasons for switching to iGradePlus It did not have a parent portal. LearnBoost went out of business and we needed a way to create pdf reports.
