As I log into my books, it calculates and averages grades as I have preset. I can communicate with students and send digital and virtual assignments with a location for their response. The customer service is fast, personal and helpful. There have been times I needed a question addressed and a representative reached out within 24 hours as they said they would. iGrade is dependable. #### Cons There are some features it lacks which would aid my role as a school administrator. For example, it would be nice if I attendance was set up so a second period teacher could see which students were absent 1st period. Also, if it could remind teachers to take attendance and notify an administrator if teachers forget. #### Reasons for choosing iGradePlus Price. Canvas was expensive. There were other LMSs which were closer in price to iGrade and we also most chose another. It has been a game changer in reporting and increasing Coaching Communication between participants and their leaders. Having come from a public education system, it should be noted that this is a more comprehensively available communication platform than is typically included in the system used there. The only challenge that we have had with the free version is being able to input courses with overlapping start dates.
