OSUM is a cloud-based school management solution for parents, teachers, students and administrators. The solution offers admissions management, learning management, payroll and appraisals management and progress tracking features.

OSUM allows users to manage pre-admission inquiries and applications, as well as create class schedules and assign classes to teachers. Teachers can create lesson plans and deliver content to students. Teachers can also take attendance and track student performance. 

OSUM offers a recruitment module that enables users to manage the faculty and staff hiring process. Staff attendance can be managed using fingerprints, codes, facial recognition and employee cards. The solution lets users manage administrative tasks such as document storage, fees collection and school-wide scheduling. It also provides a help desk that allows parents to submit concerns and give feedback to teachers and administrators.
